The Belavent complex is a gated community with four entrances and is situated right next to the Santa Ponsa III golf course. Alongside its apartments, the complex also has a number of detached villas in the Mediterranean style, each with its own pool. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the closest sandy beach in Port Adriano.

Directly at the golf course and close to the harbour, this beautiful complex is located in the southwest of Mallorca.
Every apartment in the Belavent apartment complex has a view of one of the four pool areas and the complex’s expansive gardens. Additionally, some apartments feature views of the surrounding countryside and golf course. There are apartments with southeast, south, and west orientations because of the various placements of the distinct buildings.
Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Balearic Islands, is within roughly a 20-minute drive of the Belavent complex. In close proximity are Santa Ponsa’s golf courses, and only a short distance away lies Philippe Starck’s Port Adriano. There are some excellent restaurants, shops, and a lovely sandy beach in the yacht harbour.
